Vinyasa Flow Yoga consists of creative flowing sequences, integrating movement, breath, alignment and stillness, and building strength, awareness and openness. You will experience a strong, supportive, safe yet mindful practice, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized. Classes will include sun salutations, strong standing postures, single leg balancing postures, arm balances, backbends, forward bends, inversions, seated and supine yin postures, stillness and meditation, for a balanced flow practice. Options and modifications are provided for varying abilities.
Iron Yoga is a full body workout and practice that uses light to moderate weight dummbbells for upper body strength training, whilst holding power yoga postures. Connecting mind with breath, muscle, movement and static peak contraction, Iron Yoga is a slow, controlled yet challenging practice that helps to build strength and focus and improve your overall fitness and wellbeing. Options and modifications are provided for varying abilities. Iron Yoga was the original "yoga with weights", created in 2005 by founder, Anthony Carillo.

Sally Mitchell, your instructor, is an E-RYT200 Yoga Alliance Teacher and Master Iron Yoga Instructor and has been teaching both since 2010. Her teaching style is grounded yet intuitive and balances the physical practice with yoga inspirations, philosophy and meditation.
